To calculate shipping costs, you can enter the items you wish to purchase into the PayPal shopping cart and use the "view cart" button to begin the checkout process, but simply cancel the order once the shipping fee shows up.
Specify with your payment what products/finishes you desire. An easy way to do that would be to include a screen print of the shopping cart page with the desired items selected. And please provide a means of contacting you in case I have any questions about your order.
